Refunds & Returns Policy

At Raxwell Industries, we stand behind the performance and quality of our products. If an issue arises, we are committed to resolving it promptly and professionally.


1. Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns require prior approval and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Raxwell Industries.

Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

To request a return authorization (RMA):

  1. Log in to your account at:
    https://raxwellinc.com/my-account
  2. Navigate to Orders
  3. Locate the order and click
    “Submit Refund Review Request”
  4. Complete the return request form.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond with return instructions if approved.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and must meet the following conditions:

  • Product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt, PO, or order confirmation)

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.

Raxwell Industries reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Opened disposable PPE or hygiene-related products
  • Custom, private label, or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

4. Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee does not apply to items confirmed as defective or shipped in error by Raxwell Industries.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Raxwell Industries is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Return Shipping Address

Once your RMA is approved, returns must be sent to:

RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.


7. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  • Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for funds to post.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will work promptly to resolve the issue through replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.


9. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (with approved RMA) and place a new order.
